Introducing 20age

20age takes vintage furniture and reupholsters, redesigns and re-imagines it, producing unique, bespoke pieces with a contemporary look. 

Sourcing chairs including Chesterfield, Parker Knoll and Ercol at vintage fairs and auctions around the UK, they select quirky, colourful, luxury fabrics and experiment with new materials to reinvigorate the pieces. 

Their current collection is inspired by Brazil and features Senhor do Bonfim Brazilian ribbons, as well as classic English wool and hand-illustrated fabric buttons.

20age will adorn the Bubble London plaza with its collection of historical and classic pieces on 16 & 17 June.

Oh Baby London!

Oh Baby London will make its Bubble debut on 16 & 17 June 2013.

Created in 2002, this edgy baby and childrenswear brand offers cool and stylish products in 100% organic GOTS certified cotton.

Founder Hannah McHalick draws inspiration from East London’s area and people, her childhood in her dad’s graphic designer studio and her own children.

Chalk Talk

Little Mashers offers these fab chalkboard T-shirts for you or your little ones to create and draw your own design using the little bag of chalks provided.

Also no worries if you make a mistake or you have a flash of inspiration and want to change your design, just like a chalkboard, the picture can be wiped off with a damp cloth and redrawn as often as you like.

Since launching in 2010, footwear brand Mini Melissahas gone from strength to strength.

The collection now boasts collaborations with Vivienne Westwood, the Campana Brothers, Little Prince and most recently Minnie Mouse!

Bubble London is a hotbed of new design talent and this season highlights the best for spring/summer 2014 with the launch of the Rising Star competition. 

Open to brands debuting at the show and launching their first collection, judges will be looking out for a number of factors including quality of product and innovation.

Gnomes!

To mark the centenary of the Chelsea Flower Show, The Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) has lifted the ban on gnomes at this year’s event to raise funds for the nationwide RHS Campaign for School Gardening.

A host of celebrities including Sir Elton John and Dame Maggie Smith have been invited to decorate and paint gnomes to be auctioned off to help more school kids to garden.

The 100th Chelsea Flower Show takes place at the Royal Hospital in Chelsea until 25th May.

We discovered these paper costumes by OMY Design & Play at Pulse last week and absolutely adore them.

Cheerful and creative, this French brand is definitely one to watch. 

Taxi Please!

Bubble exhibitor Redurchin has recently launched a London taxi print range of which 50p from every item sold before September will be donated to the 2013 Magical Taxi Tour.

The Magical Taxi Tour is an annual three-day event where a convoy of black taxis takes over 200 children from Great Ormond Street and other London hospitals to Disneyland Paris.

Iconic Women

Photographer Jaime Moore’s latest project entitled “Not Just A Girl” is an inspirational messagefor young girls.

Instead of dressing up her daughter as a fairytale princess for her 5th birthday, she styled Emma like 5 iconic women including Amelia Earhart and Coco Chanel. 

Jaime says "We had so much fun picking out the costume pieces and through each woman's portrait I would tell her about each incredible woman."

Bubble & Speak favourite Dandy Star is to run an exclusive pop-up shop at the Shoreditch venue from the 17th to 24th May.

Meet Fox!

Lucy Moose has been hard at work creating a 3D version of Fox doodled by 7-year-old Harriet Barton at Bubble London last January and here's the result...

Blushing for Billieblush

Launched last June, Billiblush is the first branddeveloped in-house by CWF - better known for its licensing business, offering luxury and premium childrenswear.

Specially designed for girls up to 12 years old, Billiblush combines comfort with elegance.

At Bubble & Speak, we love the use of fluorescent colours, floral prints and pastel shades in the spring/summer 13 collection. 

Billieblush’s spring/summer 14 collection will be unveiled at Bubble London on 16 & 17 June. 

Greek Chic

Caramel Baby&Child has collaborated with Ancient Greek Sandals to create 3 classic summer sandals for 2 to 7 years old. 

Handmade in natural leather, smaller versions of the adult sandals have been reworked in a unique colour palette of burgundy, orange metal, cotto and burnt orange.

The sandals will be available at Caramel Baby & Child stores and online next month.

Get Set for Bjorn Borg!

Inspired by one of the greatest tennis players of all time, Bjorn Borg will make its Bubble debut on 16 & 17 June with its range of underwear.

The Swedish label is renowned for its playful and colourful designs with a sporty twist. 

Knock, Knock...

Created by Khalil Klouche, Knock Knock is a playful calculator designed for small children.

Knock out a calculation on the wooden box and it will knock back with the answer.
